Free Tablets for FUSD Families

We provide free tablets and a year of internet access to our students and their families.

Building a Tech Community

The “Building a Tech Community” campaign focuses on providing free tablets and a year of internet access to our students and their families. These tablets are intended to serve as secondary devices for family use at home, complementing the tools provided by our district’s IT department. Our goal is to ensure that students have access to technology for educational purposes while empowering families for a digitally connected future.

To make this campaign accessible to all families, we have set up regional centers where families can sign up and receive their devices. We have identified regional centers within our district. These centers will be open during select evenings from approximately 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on specific dates.

How It Works

You must be an FUSD student with an adult that is at least 18 years old

One tablet per household. If you have more than one child attending Fresno Unified, you can have an adult 18+, sponsor one of your other children.
