The Foundation’s largest annual scholarship fundraising event is back, and it’s bigger and better than ever. This year will feature a performance at the Warnors Center by Black Violin. The Grammy-nominated duo will display their raw talent in performing classical arrangements from the violin and viola with modern, genre-bending elements.
The Noir Event provides a great way to give to the Foundation and our mission of support for students. FUSD educators have often used material from Black Violin in cultural proficiency training. This event promises to be a special night celebrating local students and the communities that uplift them.
Tickets to the event start at $49 and can be purchased at Ticketmaster. The Foundation is also seeking sponsors to help allow FUSD’s orchestra students to attend as guests, free of charge. If you’re interested in becoming a sponsor for the event, please email [email protected].
