The Foundation has supported the Project Access program through our annual Suit Drive and Suited for Success free shopping event. The Foundation also facilitates the Game Changer Scholarship designated for unhoused and foster youth.
The Foundation collaborated with the A4 office to acquire grant funding that supported a seminar series for Bullard High School’s Social Justice class. Students engaged in research on the topic of African American reparations and culminated with a presentation at the state Capitol.
Through a partnership with Donating Simplified, the Foundation was able to kick-start the Farber Logistics program by facilitating a donation of $105,118 in sanitizing hand wipes from MightyGood. This allowed the students to utilize real-world goods to practice their skills.
Through partnerships with national organizations, The Foundation has been able to facilitate the funding of stipends for Health Career Pathways students and the McLane Banking Program students.
The Foundation has built partnerships with local, state and national organizations to raise funds for a cultural exchange opportunity for Hmong DLI teachers and students. Participants will expand their cultural horizons and help foster understanding and connections by bringing the Hmong Culture closer to our students.
