U.S. Bank has awarded the Foundation for Fresno Unified Schools $25,000 in funding. The money will support the Foundation’s events and initiatives for students. These include the Spill the Tea women’s empowerment panel, the annual suit drive, and the Suited for Success shopping event, which have both proven to be rousing successes, as well as the upcoming 2024 Noir Event concert.
Fresno Unified interim Superintendent Misty Her expressed her gratitude for the funding, stating “We appreciate the U.S. Bank’s support for our students. They are among a growing network of allies for our district, thanks to the efforts of The Foundation for Fresno Unified Schools.”
